1. APPLICATION: UNDERSINK GREASE TRAPS

  • Eliminate FOG (fats, oils, grease).
  • Prevent drainage pipe blockages.
  • Control odors.
  • Reduce pest attractions.

INSTRUCTIONS

ETG MultiX “One Eco Solution for Many Needs.”

 

  1. Mix 10 grams of ETG MultiX in 20 litres of water. (Adjust according to type of food preparation or grease trap size, at the same ratio).
  2. Let the mixture sit for 18-24 hours to allow for full-cultured. (Keep the water container lid open, and do not wait more than 36 hours as it may produced unpleasant sour smell as a result of over-cultured.)
  3. During the kitchen shutdown, pour one half of the ETG-cultured into the sink connected to the grease trap.
  4. After normal kitchen floor cleaning, use the second half of the ETG-cultured to mop the floor. This serves as cleaning and odor control to keep the kitchen floor and floor trap fresh throughout the day.
  5. Repeat the above steps daily for ongoing preventive maintenance.

RECOMMENDATION

  • Coffee Shops: 20-50 grams of ETG MultiX in 40-100 litres of water
  • Fast Food Restaurants: 50 grams of ETG MultiX in 100 litres of water
  • Italian/Western Cuisines: 50 grams of ETG MultiX in 100 litres of water
  • Chinese/Thai Cuisines: 50-100 grams of ETG MultiX in 100-200 litres of water
  • Malay/Indian/Mamak Cuisines: 100 grams of ETG MultiX in 200 litres of water
  • Hotel Main Kitchens: 100-200 grams of ETG MultiX in 200-400 litres of water

2. APPLICATION: KITCHEN/TOILET FLOORS & DRAINAGES

3. APPLICATION: AIR CONDITIONERS

Condensation water produced by AC can create slime and bio-films in the condensation tray and drainage system. If left untreated, this build-up may cause blockages, leading to water overflow. Such incidents can damage ceilings, fixtures, furnitures, or even result in room flooding.

4. APPLICATION: ROOM/TOILET HOUSEKEEPING

  • Eliminate Ammonia/Nitrate related.
  • Control grouting mold from growing in the public toilet.
  • Clean up bio-film clogged in the piping.
  • Reduce cigarette smell.

INSTRUCTIONS

ETG HygieniX “Just Say NO to Smell.”
  • Use one tablet HygieniX, dilute in a bucket of 5–10 litres water.
  • Wait for 5 minutes to allow the tablet completely dissolved.
  • Fill up the HygieniX-water in a foggy-spray, and spray the polluted air in the affected area. For public toilet, suggest to spray whenever there is smell or every 3 hours, especially the urinal bowls.
  • Spray on the mold affected grouting area to kill the mold.
  • You may also use the HygieniX-water to mop the floors as a cleaning agent, which also helps to keep the area odor-free all day.
  • At the end of the day, pour the balanced HygieniX-water into floor-traps or urinal bowl, approximately 1-2 litres on each point. This helps to prevent smell from emitting. It will also help to prevent the piping from clogging regularly.
  • Repeat the above steps on the following week as a regular preventive maintenance.

5. APPLICATION: URINAL BOWLS HOUSEKEEPING

  • Effective against odor specifically Ammonia.
  • Help to dissolve the Calcium scales accumulated in the drain pipe.
  • Prevent clogging.

  • Use one tablet UrinalX, and leave on urinal bowl.
  • Clean the urinal bowl with water (no detergent) as usual.
  • Replenish every 1-2 weeks as a regular preventive maintenance, depending on the walk-in frequency.
